Grease manufacturer - precautions for using grease

Grease is a kind of colloid. The structure of grease will be affected by various external factors in use and storage.

 

 

1. First of all, the amount of lubricating grease should be well controlled. Different devices have different applicable amount in different locations. Do not think that the more the amount is, the better the lubricating effect can be achieved. Too much grease will overflow and pollute the environment, not to mention too little, because it has no effect.

 

2. In order to achieve the best lubrication effect, it is very important for the type. For example, if the working environment temperature is high, it is suitable to choose high temperature grease, and different types of grease cannot be mixed.

    Extreme pressure lubricating grease contains various active components. When they are mixed with each other, additives will dry mix with each other, resulting in poor rubber stability or mechanical stability of the grease, affecting its service performance.

 

3. Seal the lubricating grease during storage. Before use, clean the lubricating parts and avoid impurities.
